How long does shipping take?

US domestic
Standard shipping within the US takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future, as we hope to expand our shipping options!

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's website.
Can I make any changes to my order?

We are unable to change or cancel any orders once they are placed. Be sure to check your order details and shipping information before placing your order.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase for all unopened products in their original packaging. If a product doesn't work for your skin, contact us at hello@abiirskincare.com — we'll work with you to find the right solution.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@abiirskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@abiirskincare.com with a detailed description and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. We'll be happy to replace any eligible items right away.
What's not eligible for return?
Experience kits (mini size) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Free gifts during Gift with Purchase promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. The Gua Sha Facial Tool is final sale for hygiene reasons and is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
